Accommodation is available from 3.00pm on the arrival date. You are requested to vacate the apartment by 10.00am on the day of departure. Payment: To secure your booking you will be required to pay a non returnable deposit of £100 per week or part. The remaining balance is 28 days prior to arrival however. Cancellation and amendments: If for any reason you find it necessary to cancel your booking, you should immediately contact us. The cancellation should be in writing and signed by the person who made the booking. We would apply the following scale of cancellation charges payable by you.|

If you wish to amend your booking we will do our very best to accommodate you.
Cancellation or alteration by us: All our bookings are planned very carefully but in very rare cases it is necessary to amend or cancel bookings made by you. We therefore reserve the right in any circumstances to make such changes or to cancel the booking. If we cancel or make any major change to your booking you will be free to a) accept the new holiday arrangement offered by us or b) cancel your holiday with us altogether and receive a full refund of all monies paid. Holiday Insurance: We strongly advise that you should take out insurance to cover the cost of cancellation and also to cover other risks. If you have a problem: If you have a problem on your holiday, please bring it to the attention as soon as possible so that we can endeavour to resolve it quickly.
